    Your Files (PDF/EPUB):

    The files you upload for conversion. These files are processed temporarily on our secure servers.

    Payment Data:

    All payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. We only receive a confirmation that the payment was successful.

    2. How We Use Your Information (and How We DO NOT Use It)

    To Deliver the Service:

    We use your email to notify you when your audio is ready and to send you the download link.

    For Support:

    If you have a technical issue, we use your email to respond to you.

    NO Data Selling:

    We never, under any circumstances, sell, rent, loan, or share your email address or files with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for commercial purposes.

    NO Spam:

    We will not use your email to send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly subscribe to them in the future.

    3. File Retention (Your Books)

    We respect the intellectual property and privacy of what you read:

    Temporary Processing:

    The books you upload (PDF/EPUB) and the generated audio files are stored only for the time necessary for you to download them.

    Automatic Deletion:

    We implement automatic cleanup policies to regularly delete old files from our servers, minimizing your digital footprint on our platform.

    4. Data Security

    We use world-class infrastructure providers to protect your information:

    Storage & Database:

    We use Supabase (based on enterprise standards) to secure your data.

    Encryption:

    All data transfers between your browser and our servers are encrypted via SSL/TLS (HTTPS).

    5. Cookies and Analytics

    We use essential technical cookies to keep you logged in while you use the tool. We may use anonymous analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) solely to understand which parts of the site are used most and to improve performance, but not to track your individual activity outside of our site.
