I got the Tag Reader from LEAPFROG for my niece for christmas. It won’t let me download Audio Books .. HELP!?
Ok so I downloaded the LeapFrog Connect application, I set up the account and the Tag product… I got to hit Audio Downloads on the side bar, and its a blank page!!! I looked up a youtube video on how to do it and on that video it shows a ton of options under the audio downloads tab but im my computer I have nothing. I restarted the pen, I restarted the application… it still won’t come up. I am succesfully connected to the internet so there should be no problem here. I looked up the FAQ and found nothing to help. Is there anyone who has any suggestions?
You might need to download adobe flash player. My son has had the tag reader for more than a year now. My younger son just got the tag junior. The audio download page comes up for the tag junior. For the tag reader, I get a gray screen with a green circle that keeps spinning in the middle. I think it may be something wrong on leapfrog’s side. Currently, I’ve been on hold with them for 25 minutes and counting.
